“IMPACT Lakefront” introduces new menu items including “Spanish Roast Suckling Pig”, festive roast turkey dishes, and “Seafood Bucket”, available from today - 15 Janu-ary 2023

“IMPACT Lakefront” celebrates the festive season with new delicacies from four international restaurants and activities like go-karting, a pontoon boat ride, and taking a photo with a giant 8-meter-tall yellow duck. New international dishes for this month include “Spanish Roast Suckling Pig”, “Smoked Turkey Fruity Salad with Mango and Lemon Coulis”, “Roast Turkey Stuffed with Chestnut, Ginkgo Nuts and Quinoa Cranberry Sauce”, and “Seafood Bucket” with prices ranging from 299 - 2,999 baht, available from today - 15 January 2023.

Firstly, a traditional Spanish dish, “Spanish Roast Suckling Pig”, is a crispy-grilled pig using 2.3 kg - 4 kg pig that is marinated, cooked sous vide and roasted in a charcoal stove until the meat is tender and the skin is crispy. The Spanish delicacy is accompanied by six different sauces and grilled vegetables, and comes in three sizes: “Size S” (899 baht), “Size M” (1,699 baht), and “Size L” (2,999 baht). Next, the two Western style Turkey dishes include “Smoked Turkey Fruity Salad with Mango and Lemon Coulis” (299 baht) and “Roast Turkey Stuffed with Chestnut, Ginkgo Nuts and Quinoa Cranberry Sauce” (399 baht). Lastly, a must-try for seafood lover, “Seafood Bucket”, contains fresh seafood including river prawns, banana shrimps, soft-shell crab, scallops, and squid, with various choices of sauces (choose only one) including “Chili Oil Sauce”, “Phad Cha Sauce”, “Yellow Curry Sauce”, and “Korean Chili Sauce with Salted Egg”. There are three sizes available to choose from: “Size S” (829 baht), “Size M” (1,599 baht), and “Size L” (2,599 baht).

Moreover, there is a lucky draw campaign giving away 100,000 baht worth of prizes. For every 1,000 baht/ food bill, customers will get a chance to win a special prize. The lucky draw cam-paign runs until 2 January 2023. Winners will be drawn on 9 January 2023 and the names will be announced on 10 January 2023 at https://www.facebook.com/IMPACTLakefront.
