“The Coffee Academïcs”, a leading specialty coffee brand, welcomes Valentine’s Day and the month of love with special food and drink menu items with prices ranging from 190 - 320 baht, available from today - 28 February 2023 at all branches of The Coffee Academïcs.

Five exclusive menu items created by professional chefs include “Strawberry, Walnut and Feta Salad with Yuzu and Calamansi Dressing” (220 baht), colorful salad consisting of organic vegetables from “IMPACT Farm” in Chiang Mai, fresh strawberries from Australia, and edible flowers, served with refreshing yuzu and calamansi dressing, “Grilled Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce, Honey Glazed Baby Carrot, Sour Cream, Pistachio, and Pomegranate” (320 baht), grilled Norwegian salmon served with lemon cream sauce, honey glazed baby carrot, pistachio, and pomegranate, “Nutella HK Waffle with Pistachio, Banana, Strawberry, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla Gelato” (260 baht), Hong Kong-style waffle stuffed with Nutella, and topped with caramelized banana, fresh strawberry, and vanilla gelato, “Black Spicy Valentine” (190 baht), a unique drink with sweet and sour flavor from wild berries, a hint of spiciness from red chili, and the mild bitterness from TCA Thailand House Blend cold brew coffee which goes well with main dishes or salad, and “Fluffy Love” (220 baht), blueberry cheesecake-inspired drink consisting of berry yogurt smoothie, crumble, and whipped cream.
