“IMPACT Lakefront” introduces 4 new plant-based options for the health conscious

“IMPACT Lakefront”, an iconic landmark at Muang Thong Thani lakeside with four quality international res-taurants including “Breeze Café & Bar”, “Isan Jim Joom”, “Uwajima” Japanese restaurant, and “Jackie Sea-food”, has introduced four plant-based dishes to provide new alternatives for the health conscious. The new plant-based dishes have been created by Chef Wannapha Chaisit or Chef Mam, who has invented and developed the recipes and created fusion vegan dishes for everyone to enjoy with good quality in-gredients including plant-based proteins, oat milk, eggs, and organic vegetables from “IMPACT Farm”. The plant-based menu is available from today onwards until further notice, with prices ranging from 229 - 399 baht. (Prices are subject to 5% service charge and 7% VAT.)

The four plant-based creations from IMPACT Lakefront include “Spicy Tuna Plant-based Pizza” (269 baht), wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza containing plant-based tuna mixed with Thai-style spicy salad, “Third Party Plant-based” (399 baht), mixed fried plant-based platter that tastes like shrimp and crab served with multi-colored fries, plum sauce and spicy mayo dipping sauce, “Omni Meat Angel Hair Oat Milk Truffle Sauce” (229 baht), angel hair pasta with plant-based pork, oat milk, mushroom, cherry toma-to, asparagus, and carrot, and “Beyond Beef Steak Plant-based” (299 baht), grilled plant-based beef that tastes like real beef served with balsamic sauce, salad, and topped with omelet.
