“IMPACT Lakefront” invites everyone to indulge in late night soft boiled rice with over 30 menu items available from today onwards

“IMPACT Lakefront”, an iconic landmark at Muang Thong Thani lakeside with quality international restau-rants and a wide range of recreational activities, launched a new “late night soft boiled rice” menu made with quality meat, seafood, and organic vegetables from “IMPACT Farm”. The menu features soups, stir-fried dishes, deep-fried options, and spicy salads created by Chef Mam Wannapha Chaisit. There are over 30 menu items available, with prices ranging from 20 - 399 baht. (Prices are subject to 5% service charge and 7% VAT.) Late night soft boiled rice menu is available from 9 - 11.30 p.m. from today on-wards (until further notice).

Satisfy your late-night cravings with steaming bowls of soft boiled rice paired with delicious dishes like “Chicken Feet Spicy Soup” (169 baht), braised chicken feet in spicy soup, “Stir-fried Clams with Chilli Paste” (259 baht), quality clams stir-fried with flavorful chili paste, “Stir-fried Asparagus with Shrimp” (199 baht), a tasty dish for both kids and adults, and “Crispy Fried Salmon Skin, Fish Maw and Soft-shell Crab Salad” (399 baht), a delicious combo of salmon skin, fish maw, crispy fried soft-shelled crab. Other must-try dishes include “Stir-fried Sea Bass with Chinese Celery”, “Stir-fried Glass Noodles with Mixed Vegetables, Meats and Seafoods”, “Stir-fried Hong Kong Kale in Oyster Sauce”, “Stir-fried Cabbage with Fish Sauce”, “Spicy Fried Gourami Salad”, “Spicy Century Eggs Salad”, “Minced Pork and Sour Plum Soup” and choices of omelet. There are three choices of soft boiled rice to choose from, including soft boiled white rice, soft boiled rice with grains, and pandan soft boiled rice. Steamed rice is also available.
