“HEI YIN” the authentic Cantonese restaurant adds a new dining area and introduces premium “Dim Sum Afternoon Tea” priced at 588++ baht - 1,088++ baht

“HEI YIN” the authentic Cantonese restaurant has opened a new dining area to accommodate customers and extended dim sum service hours. The restaurant has also launched “Dim Sum Afternoon Tea” featuring a selection of premium tea and Cantonese-style dim sum made with fine ingredients by the highly skilled executive chef Jacky Chan, who has more than 40 years of professional culinary experience. The dim sum afternoon tea set is priced at 588++ baht for 1 person and 1,088++ baht for 2 persons. It is available from today onwards.

Indulge in a delightful experience with a luxurious dim sum afternoon tea set at “HEI YIN”, which is available from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. There is an extensive selection of premium tea to choose from (choose 1 item) including Long Jing Tea, Pu’er 10 Years Old, Osmanthus Oolong Tea, Wuyi Yancha, Rose Oolong Tea, Tie Guan Yin Tea, Jasmine Pearl Tea, Hangzhou Chrysanthemum, Flower Tea, Genmaicha, Roasted Shui Shien, and Roasted Oolong. There are three options available. A set for one person includes eight pieces of signature dim sum and one pot of hot tea.

  • Set A “Pleasing” includes baked Chinese hawthorn with BBQ Kurobuta pork puff, deep-fried mashed taro with seafood, seafood with assorted fruit salad in crispy golden cup, Hong Kong egg tart, steamed scallop and prawn dumpling with XO sauce, steamed superior prawn dumpling, steamed red color of shrimp dumpling, and steamed seaweed roll with shrimp and crab meat. 
  • Set B “Daydream” consists of rice noodle rolls wrapped with spring rolls and minced shrimp, pan-fried turnip cake, “Hamm Sui Gok” deep-fried dumpling with dried shrimp and pork, deep-fried red jujube paste with raisin puff, steamed crab meat dumpling with shrimp, steamed egg yolk cream lava bun, steamed charcoal color of shrimp dumpling, and steamed crab meat dumpling with spinach.
  • Set C “Enchanting” features baked bolo bun with BBQ Kurobuta pork, shredded pork and salted egg yolk cake, seafood with cheese spring roll, chilled Osmanthus with sweet mango layer jelly, “Chinese Jiaozi” fried pork dumpling, steamed dumpling with assorted mushrooms and black truffle sauce, steamed superior prawn dumpling, and steamed dried scallop dumpling with shrimp and pork “Siew Mai”. 

Enjoy a pleasant afternoon with delicious Cantonese-style dim sum paired with your choice of tea in a new dining area decorated in a modern Chinese style with dark green color, railing design incorporating water waves and rice ears which symbolize abundance, and a stylish beverage bar. This new dining area can accommodate up to 28 customers.

“HEI YIN” Cantonese restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village. The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., dim sum afternoon tea from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Four uniquely decorated private dining rooms are also available. (The fee is 1,000 - 2,000 baht. No fee is required when the spending minimum is met.)
