“Hong Kong Fisherman” proudly presents “Lobster Festival” from today until 31 January 2024

“Hong Kong Fisherman”, a Hong Kong style Chinese restaurant, proudly presents “Lobster Festival” featuring delectable dishes made with “lobster” the king of the ocean which is known for the unique sweetness of its meat. The head chef Chow Tai Shing uses lobsters imported from Canada and green lobsters from Phuket as the main ingredients to meticulously create seven different recipes priced at 4,300++ baht each. (Each dish contains a lobster that weighs 800-1,200 grams and can be shared between 2-3 people.) The lobster menu is available from today until 31 January 2024.

Hong Kong Fisherman’s Lobster Festival features four new creations including “Wok-fried Green Lobster with Cheese Sauce and E-Fu Noodles”, a huge green lobster baked with noodles and cheese sauce and topped with bonito flakes symbolizing luck and longevity, “Mapo Tofu Green Lobster with XO Sauce”, a green lobster stir-fried with tofu and Hong Kong originated XO sauce made from high quality ingredients including dried scallops, dried chilies, dried shrimps and garlic, “Wok-fried Canadian Lobster with Cheese Sauce and E-Fu Noodles”, a Canadian lobster baked with cheese sauce and E-Fu noodles, and “Stir-fried Canadian Lobster with Chili and Salt”, Hong Kong style stir-fried Canadian lobster with chili and salt using high heat to get the aromatic smell.

Other three dishes on the lobster menu, which are among the best-selling menu items at Hong Kong Fisherman, include “Steamed Canadian Lobster with Fresh Egg and Shaoxing Wine (Served with Steamed Mantou)”, “Steamed Canadian Lobster with Egg White and Shaoxing Wine (Served with Steamed Mantou)”, and “Wok-fried Green Lobster with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce”.
