IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd. is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Siraphob Sriyamart or Chef Roong as Executive Sous Chef to oversee and direct all aspects of restaurants as well as food and beverage services at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. Chef Roong has over 30 years of experience in culinary, working with several companies and hotels in many countries. He began his career as a chef for Ambassador Hotel, and then served as Executive Chef of Asia Hotel, Four Wing Hotel and Royal Princess Hotel. He has also worked with hotels in England, Spain and South Africa. Chef Roong will use his extensive experience and culinary expertise to ensure the highest quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
