Mrs. Srirat Rastapana, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce presided over 53rd Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair grand opening ceremony at Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Challenger Muang Thong Thani during 25 February to 1 March 2014, This event is held under the theme of ‘Freedom of Trade’ highlighting on Duty Free.
