IMPACT Executive Chef led the team to win 21 medals in Food & Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge 2014
IMPACT Executive Chef, “Jeremy Lim Boon Seng” as a Team Manager of Thai Chef Team under the name “Thailand Culinary Academy” consisting chefs from various sectors including hotels, restaurants, airlines and culinary institutions led the team to compete in Food & Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge 2014. The team brought six gold medals, six silver medals and nine bronze medals back home. The competition was taken place during April 8- 11, 2014 in Singapore.
