Special ostrich menu awaits you at Hong Kong Fisherman
Hong Kong Fisherman invites everyone to try something a bit out of the ordinary with special menu items made from sweet and tender ostrich meat. Our highly experienced Hong Kong chefs, Chef Chan Yiu Lam and Chef Peter Lai, have skillfully created four ostrich dishes that will surely entice your taste buds. They are Stir Fried Ostrich Slice with Belacan Sauce, big slice of ostrich meat in rich Belacan sauce from Malaysia, with a little spiciness from chili, bell peppers, and shrimp paste, Ostrich Slice with Black Pepper Sauce, tender sliced Ostrich sautéed with garlic, onion and carrots in savory black pepper sauce, Pan-fried Ostrich Slice “Fisherman”, sliced ostrich seasoned with Hong Kong soy sauce and oyster sauce and pan fried with basil leaves, chili, shallot and garlic, and Shallow-fried Minced Ostrich Cake, a fried ostrich cake mixed with chopped shrimp, squid and lotus root.
