The Opening Ceremony of Thai Women’s Day 2017

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, graciously presided over the opening ceremony of Thai Women’s Day 2017 and presented plaques of honor to outstanding Thai women from across the country in recognition of their contribution to the nation. Organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security in collaboration with the National Council of Women of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen, this year’s theme is “Power of Thai Women under the Royal Grace” aiming to encourage Thai women to apply royal remarks to their work and daily life in order to support national development. On this occasion, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn was welcomed and presented a hand garland by Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Corporate Communications Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. The event was recently held at Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Challenger, Muang Thong Thani.
