The Opening Ceremony of the 61st Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair

Mr. Sontirat Sontijirawong, Minister of Commerce (middle) and Mrs. Chantira Jimreivat Vivatrat, director general of department of International Trade Promotion or DITP together with other distinguished guests inaugurate the opening ceremony of the 61st Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair at the Royal Jubilee ballroom, IMPACT Challenger, held from February 21-25, 2018 at the Challenger 1-3 with the concept of “Heritage & Craftsmanship.” The event aims to support the Thailand 4.0 policy and the economic growth propelled by the Thai government.

The event invites more than 900 reputable jewelry companies to exhibit and bring their masterpieces, while developing a greater connectivity and interfacing with existing and new potential business partners with upwards of 2,000 booths. Furthermore, this event has new start up operators of more than 120 people to show new innovation of the jewelry industry. This event is slated to captivate exhibitors from at least 900 companies and 2,200 booths.
