The Opening Ceremony of the OTOP Community Based Tourism Fair

Mr. Anupong Paochinda (3rd from the right,) the President of Ministry of Interior, presided over the opening ceremony of the OTOP Community Based Tourism Fair joined by numerous local communities to showcase attractions and destinations from all around the country and captivate new potential visitors. It aims to create employment opportunities that would generate income to help strengthen and stabilize local communities - an effort in putting the local communities on the map. This fair is divided into different zones: OTOP tourism communities, the 110 local community zone, local gastronomy zone comprising 16 stalls and the local product retail zone. This Fair is held November 22-26, 2018, at Hall 5-7 of the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center.
