Shanghai Style Streaky Pork served with rice or noodle at Hong Kong Café
Throughout the month of July and August, Hong Kong Café at IMPACT serves you delicious Shanghai Style stewed streaky pork. The dish comes with a choice of rice or egg noodle. This popular Asian cuisine is recommended by the restaurant’s veteran chef who delicately cooks the pork belly with imported spices and ingredients from Hong Kong.
