IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.Thanawat Dullayateeraroj or Chef Wat as Chef De Cuisine of Manorah Royal Cuisine, a Thai restaurant at The Grand Postal Building in Bangkok’s Bangrak district which is managed by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. Chef Wat learnt his craft and developed his passion for cooking in many hotels and restaurants. Over 20 years of cooking, he has proved his cooking skills throughout several hotels and restaurants in Thailand and overseas, including Shangri-la Hotel, Sukhothai Hotel and Thai restaurants in Switzerland and USA. He has been awarded in many Thai cuisine cooking contests as well as the award from Her Royal Highness Princess Somsawali. Chef Wat brings with him a Thai passion for food and excellent experience, which will add to the success of our dining experiences at Monarah Royal Cuisine.
