“IMPACT Keep Me” app wins Gold Award from Thailand HR Innovation Award 2023, supercharging labor community in Muang Thong Thani

The job-finding application “IMPACT Keep Me” wins the gold award from Thailand HR Innovation Award 2023 and takes a bold step forward towards a more advanced user experience that will help reinvigorate the company culture and supercharge the economy and labor market in the Muang Thong Thani.

 

     Director of the Corporate Human Resources Department Thamita Chongswatvorakul said “part time jobs are on the rise. Competition is steep among job seekers. Hiring conditions have changed considerably, and today’s job market is vastly different from what it was years ago. The labor market also witnesses the growth of part-time employment these days. The Human Resources department invests much time and energy in innovations, creative ideas, and new technologies to not only enhance employee performance but stay current with the changing employment trends. IMPACT Keep Me has been created out of R2i project – routine to innovation – that lets employees exhibit creativity and innovation freely. R2i project, initially launched in 2018, is designed to stimulate employee creativity as well as innovative ideas, serving as a stage for staff to present their innovations. Born in 2021 and gone through various development processes before its first inception, the IMPACT Keep Me application wins the gold award from Thailand HR Innovation Award 2023, organized by Personnel Management Association Thailand (PMAT).”

This user-friendly application is created to assist job seekers in applying for a position worry-free from start to finish, reduce time to hire as well as frustrations associated with finding the right candidates, and motivate part-time employees to do their best and work for us again in the future. The application makes the hiring process simpler and easier, and part timers get paid as soon as they’re done. In 2021, the company hired 5,109 part timers whereas the number of part time employment went up to 9,385 in 2022. From January to August 2023, more than 99,000 part-time employees have been hired. Positions included barista, cleaners, interpreters, cooks, cashiers, and servers.
