Recommended menu items include the signature “Lychee Wood Roasted Hong Kong Style Suckling Pig” and delectable a la carte dishes like "“HEI YIN” Style Boneless Chicken Stuffed with Shark’s Fin in Supreme Broth” and “Double-boiled Premium Fish Maw Soup with Conch, Japanese Sea Cucumber, Dried Scallop”.
