At IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, we are committed to offering guests refined hospitality to ensure the most pleasant customer service experience.
We provide services as the following:
IMPACT Information Center
Visitors can obtain essential information on all of our facilities, upcoming events, public transportation service during an event, and lost and found service. Our Information Centers are scattered across the venue including:
• IMPACT Challenger (Hall 1-3) – Challenger 2 lobby area
• IMPACT Forum (Hall 4) – Entrance 2, level 1
• IMPACT Exhibition Center (Hall 5-12) – Hall 10 lobby area
Business Center
Our hospitable staffs are here to assist you. The business center also houses meeting rooms that are capable of hosting up to 30 delegates and outfitted with TV screens, projectors, and a copy machine for your use. Phone top-up, Wi-Fi cards, wheelchairs, and baby strollers are available upon request as well.

Shopping Trolley Service
Shopping carts are available for your use, free of charge, during our normal business hours. Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before using our service.
1. A valid government ID and cash deposit are required, this may be either
• A photo ID, Government ID, or driver license, and
• A cash deposit of 2,000 baht for a large trolley or 500 baht for a small trolley
2. Trolleys shall be used solely for goods purchased at our exhibition venue
3. Maximum weight restriction for large trolleys is 100 kg and 15 kg for small trolleys
4. Children and pets are not allowed to sit or stand in the trolley.
The following charges may be applied in case our trolley is lost or damaged
• Loss of a large trolley: 2,000 baht
• Loss of a small trolley: 500 baht
• Any damage to trolley will be charged at a rate to be determined on a case by case basis
• Loss of the deposit card: 100 baht
• Trolley returned after our closing time will be charged100 baht per hour thereafter.
Kid Corner
Beyond epic events, seminars, exhibitions, and conferences, we also provide a kid corner for children ages 5-10 to relish and play with friends since they are not allowed to be in the exhibition areas. To ensure the safety of your children, we assign staff members to monitor their unpredictable actions to make sure they are in good hands.

• At IMPACT Forum
Wheelchair and Baby Stroller Service
IMPACT provides wheelchair and baby stroller lending service without fee to facilitate our visitors during their visit.
Service Instruction:
Please provide your ID, passport, driving license or any government identification for lending record during use.
If unable to provide the documents mentioned above, there will be money deposit during use.
- Wheelchair 5,000 Baht
- Baby Stroller 4,000 Baht
*Which full amount of deposit will be returned when wheelchair or baby stroller were received in same condition.
Service Locations:
IMPACT provides wheelchair and baby stroller lending service at Business Center or IMPACT Information Counter within the area of the events.
Luggage Deposit
Did you know we can take care of your luggage? Enjoy a day out free from heavy bags and suitcases with the help of IMPACT’s luggage storage service.
Visitors may leave luggage free of charge! Please talk to our staffs for more details. Luggage deposit services are located at:
• IMPACT Challenger
• IMPACT Exhibition Center
• IMPACT Forum
First-Aid Service
Our first-aid service is available for all visitors, event organizers, and contractors who need primary medical treatment. This service and first aid equipment are provided in accordance with the Public Health Regulations.

• IMPACT Exhibition Center (Hall 8)
• IMPACT Forum (Hall 4)
Muslim Prayer Room
We provide a dedicated space for Muslim prayers. Operation hours will follow the event schedules. The Muslim Prayer rooms are located at:
• IMPACT Challenger (Lobby Challenger 3)
• IMPACT Exhibition Center (Hall 5)
• IMPACT Forum (Hall 4)
